Marriott Vacation Club International broke ground on the second phase of Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club
Elaine Simon n Marriott Vacation Club International broke ground on the second phase of Marriott's Ko Olina (Hawaii) Beach Club. Phase two features 91 two- and three-bedroom villas. Completion is scheduled for December 2005. The master plan features 750 villas, with completion of the entire resort scheduled for 2016.
